Prof. Prince A. Obilana
Aderemi Obilana is an educationist, innovator, researcher, philosopher, visionary, curriculum developer, and Pan-Africanist who is passionate about the upliftment and empowerment of youths and the less privileged. He has vast experience in both basic and higher education; he worked and served for several years. Aderemi Obilana works with the highest professional standards and has the ability to motivate, coach, and lead individuals and groups to ensure an increase in personal productivity as well as profitability for any organisation. Prof. Obilana is the CEO of Prakis Educational Services (Pty) Ltd (South Africa), the MD of Prakis Education Services Limited (Nigeria), Co-Founder/ CEO of Tremkid Educational Services, a Non-Profit Company (South Africa), the Chairman of Prakis Educational Foundation, a Non-Profit Organisation (South Africa), and the Convener of Prakis International Education Conference (PRAKIS-IEC). Prof. Obilana was also appointed as the CEO of Africa Renaissance for Development (South Africa). Furthermore, he is an independent contractor at the University of South Africa (UNISA), and General Overseer of Lamblight Evangelical and Prayer Ministries International. Prof. Aderemi Obilana, who is also a seasoned curriculum developer, obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Education (Curriculum and Instructional Studies), a Master’s Degree in Education (Curriculum and Instructional Studies) and a Bachelor of Science and Education (Honours) in Biology. He further obtained the following certificates from La Plage Meta Verse (USA and UK): an Executive Diploma in International Human Resources Management, an Executive Diploma in Disaster Management, a Certificate in Project Management, and a Certificate in Public Health. Prof. Obilana has vast experience in both the private and public sectors. He served at the University of Ibadan International School during his National Youth Service Corps. He worked at Universal Group of Companies (Nigeria) and Prakis Education Consult (Nigeria). In South Africa, he was employed by the Limpopo Department of Education and later at the Mpumalanga Department of Education as a Science Educator and as a Cluster Leader for Life Sciences. Prof. Obilana has written and co-authored numerous articles, chapters, and books. He has presented papers in international seminars and conferences.
